Calendars, then add-ons
One bookable calendar is included. Each additional calendar is $10 per month for up to seven licenses. After seven, the support article says more employees can be added at no extra calendar charge. Forms are $10 per month in the US. Payroll is $34 per month plus $5 per employee.
A 30-day trial
Vagaro's trial article says the 30-day trial becomes a paid monthly subscription the day after it ends unless you cancel, and the card on file is then charged.
