Booking software for private training, yoga, pilates, and stretch sessions
OperMae books the appointment. A client reserves one provider for a training session, a private yoga or pilates session, a stretch session, or a consultation, at a time that person is free. It is not software for writing workouts, tracking exercises, or running a class schedule.
Training time gets double-booked in the text thread
A trainer who is in a session cannot answer the phone. The next client messages, gets no reply, and either disappears or shows up on top of someone else.
An intro conversation and a 60-minute session are not the same length. If the book treats them as identical, the hour after a consult is either wasted or overrun.
What a trainer can publish
Sessions with their own length and price
Publish an intro consultation, a 30-minute session, and a 60-minute session as separate services. Each has the duration and price you enter. The client books one of those, not a generic hour.
A trainer’s actual availability
Set weekly hours and time off. If more than one provider uses the page, each can offer their own services and hours. A client picks a person or the first available person for that session.
A deposit on the sessions that need one
A deposit is optional per service. It is a dollar amount charged at booking through your Stripe account. The rest is due at the session. OperMae does not add a platform fee.
A record of the appointment, not of the workout
The client profile keeps contact details, past sessions, and notes you write. It does not log sets, exercises, or nutrition. Email confirmation and reminders follow your settings. Text reminders require an opt-in.
How a training session is booked
The client chooses the session
They see the consult or the training session you published, with its length and price.
They choose a trainer who is free
The times come from that trainer’s hours and from sessions already on the calendar.
They agree to your cancellation rule
The policy you wrote is shown before they confirm, and in the confirmation.
The session blocks that trainer
One booking holds that trainer for the length of the service. They receive an email confirmation, and a reminder based on your settings.
Training examples
An intro call and a regular session
Publish them as two services. A 20-minute consultation does not occupy the same block as an hour of training.
A private yoga, pilates, or stretch session
Publish it as its own service with its own length. It is still one client with one provider. OperMae does not open a class, sell a class pack, or cap a group.
Two trainers, different days
Each person keeps their own hours. A client who wants a specific trainer only sees that person’s open times.
A cancelled hour you can still fill
A client who could not book can join the waitlist. That does not reserve the trainer. If the session is cancelled, OperMae can email a claim link, and the first person to claim it gets the appointment.
What OperMae does not try to be
- It books one-to-one sessions and consultations. It does not build a workout, track exercises, or connect to a wearable.
- It does not run a class schedule or a gym’s member list.
- You can mark a missed session as a no-show. That is a record. It is not an automatic charge.
- Reports can count bookings and payments for a period you choose, and you can export them.
Questions
Can clients book a specific trainer?
Yes. They choose a trainer who offers that session, during that trainer’s hours, or the first available trainer.
Does this track workouts or nutrition?
No. OperMae stores the appointment, the client’s contact details, and notes you write. It does not track exercises, meals, or progress charts.
Can I schedule a group class?
No. A booking holds one provider for that client, including a private yoga, pilates, or stretch session. OperMae does not run a class roster or a repeating class schedule.
