Solo

Booking software for solo professionals

OperMae is for one person who sells time. You publish the services you offer, the hours you can keep, and a public page. Clients book an open time with you instead of waiting on a text.

A solo book still gets double-booked

You cannot answer the phone while you are in an appointment. The next client messages, hears nothing, and either leaves or arrives on top of someone else.

OperMae shows only the times your hours and your existing appointments still allow. One booking holds you for the length of that service.

What you set up

  • Your services and prices

Each service has a duration and a price. A deposit is optional on that service. An add-on can add minutes and price to the same visit.

  • Your weekly hours and time off

Clients only see times inside the hours you configured, minus appointments already on the calendar and the time off you entered. When you are the only person who offers the service, the client goes straight to those times.

  • A public link

Clients open your page at opermae.com/book/your-name. You can publish a short announcement for a closure or a policy change before they choose a time.

  • The client record after they book

Confirmations and reminders go by email. Text reminders require an opt-in and follow your plan’s message allowance. Contact details, past visits, and your private notes stay on the client profile.

How a client books you

  1. They open your page

They see the services, prices, and sections you chose to show.

  2. They pick a service and a time

The times are the ones you can still keep.

  3. They leave their details

You can ask your own booking questions. The answers stay with that appointment.

  4. You see it on the calendar

The client gets an email confirmation, and later a reminder, according to your settings.

Solo examples

  • One chair, one set of hours

Your hours are the book. A taken time does not appear for the next client.

  • A service that should take a deposit

Turn the deposit on for that service only. The payment is collected through your Stripe account. OperMae does not add a platform fee.

  • A day you need off

Enter the time off. Those hours disappear from the public page. Existing appointments stay in the workspace so you can move or cancel them.

What a solo page includes

  • One public booking page, one calendar, and one client list.
  • You decide how far ahead a client may cancel or reschedule online.
  • On Pro and Team, a client who cannot find a time can join the waitlist. Joining does not hold the time. If a matching appointment is cancelled, OperMae can email a claim link, and the first person to claim it gets the visit.
  • Pro includes up to 2 people in the workspace. Team includes up to 6, and additional people are a paid add-on. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Questions

Do I have to show a team step if I work alone?

When you are the only person who offers the service, the client continues to an open time with you. You do not ask them to pick from a list of one.

Is there a separate solo product?

No. Solo professionals use the same booking page as every other OperMae business. Plan size is on the pricing page.

Can I add a second person later?

Yes. Pro includes up to 2 people. A larger team uses Team, which includes up to 6.
