Nail salons
Nail salon booking software for technicians and nail studios
A manicure, a fill, and a full set do not occupy the chair for the same amount of time. OperMae lets a nail salon publish those services with their own duration and price, then add extras that change the length of that same appointment.
Nail services run long when the book treats them as identical
If every nail visit is given the same slot, a set overruns the next guest and a plain manicure leaves a gap nobody booked.
OperMae uses the duration on the service, plus any add-on minutes you attach, to decide how long that appointment holds the technician.
Built around the way nail visits are booked
A menu with different lengths
Give a manicure, a pedicure, a gel visit, and a longer set their own duration and price. Clients see those services on your booking page.
Add-ons on the same appointment
An add-on can add a price and extra minutes, such as nail art or removal, without creating a second appointment. The total time and price are calculated from the service plus the extras the client selects.
A technician's actual hours
Each technician can offer specific services and keep their own weekly hours and time off. A client picks a technician or the first available person who offers that service.
Deposits on the visits that need them
A deposit can be required on one service and left off another. The card payment goes through your Stripe account.
How a nail appointment is booked
The guest chooses the service
They see the length and price you published, not a generic slot.
They add only the extras you offer
Art, removal, or another add-on extends that visit by the minutes you set.
They pick a technician who does that work
Someone who does not offer the service does not appear for it.
The chair time is held
The appointment blocks that technician for the combined duration, and the guest receives an email confirmation.
Nail salon examples
A full set versus a polish change
Publish them as separate services with different durations so the afternoon does not get booked as if they take the same time.
A regular who wants a specific technician
They select that person. If the book is full, they can join the waitlist and receive a link when a matching time opens.
A busy Saturday
Your hours and any exception, such as a shorter day, are what the page offers. Clients are not shown times after you have closed the book.
What the studio keeps
- Each guest's past appointments stay on their profile, with your private notes.
- Reminders go by email, and by text only if the guest has opted in.
- You decide how close to the visit a guest may cancel or reschedule online.
- Forms and waivers are a $10/month add-on on Pro and included on Team if you want a consent signed at booking. They are not a clinical chart.
Questions
Can one appointment include nail art or removal?
Yes, as an add-on on that service. You set the extra price and the extra minutes. It stays one appointment.
Can each technician have a different menu?
Yes. Assign the services that person performs. Clients only book them for those services during their working hours.
Can guests arrive without an appointment, or can I track products for sale?
No. This is online booking for scheduled nail appointments. It does not manage a line of guests who arrive without a booking, and it does not track products you sell.
