Lashes & brows
Lash and brow booking software for studios and technicians
A full lash set and a fill do not take the same chair time, and a brow tint is shorter still. OperMae publishes each of those as its own service, with the technician’s hours, so a client books a time that person can keep.
Lash timing breaks when every visit is “about two hours”
A new set, a two-week fill, and a brow lamination are different lengths. If they share one generic slot, the afternoon runs over and the next client waits.
OperMae uses the duration on the service, any add-on minutes, and the technician’s weekly hours. The client sees open times for the service they actually chose.
What a lash or brow business can publish
Sets, fills, and brow services
Publish a full set, a fill, a removal, a brow lamination, a tint, or a wax as separate services. Each has the length and price you enter. An add-on, such as a brow tint with a fill, can add minutes and price to that same visit.
Technician availability
Each technician can offer specific services and keep their own weekly hours and time off. When only one person offers the service, the client continues to an open time with that person. When several do, the client chooses a technician, or the first available person, if you allow that.
A deposit on the longer appointments
A deposit is optional on each service. It is a dollar amount charged at booking through the Stripe account you connect. The rest is due at the visit. A short brow appointment can stay pay-at-visit.
Reminders and a record of the visit
The client gets an email confirmation. Email reminders follow your notification settings. Text reminders go only to clients who opt in, and only within the plan’s message allowance. Past visits and your private notes stay on the client profile.
How a lash or brow appointment is booked
The client picks the service
They see the set, fill, or brow service you published, with its duration and price.
They book a technician who is free
The times come from that person’s hours and from appointments already on the calendar.
They confirm your policy
Your cancellation note is shown before they confirm, and again in the confirmation.
The chair time is held
The appointment blocks that technician for the length of the service, plus any add-on minutes.
Studio examples
A new set and a fill on the same book
Give them different durations. A two-hour set does not occupy the same block as a one-hour fill, even when the same technician does both.
Brows beside lashes
A brow artist and a lash technician can share one page and still offer different services. A brow lamination is not offered with someone who only does lashes.
A full book
On Pro and Team, a client who cannot find a time can join the waitlist. Joining does not hold the time. If a matching appointment is cancelled, OperMae can email a claim link, and the first person to claim it gets the visit.

Questions
Can fills and full sets have different lengths?
Yes. Each service has its own duration and price. Add-on minutes extend that same visit.
Do I need a separate page for brows?
No. Brow services belong on this same booking page when the same business offers them. OperMae does not require a second website for a shorter service.
Is this a clinical record?
No. OperMae stores the appointment, the client’s contact details, and notes or forms you write. It does not keep a clinical record.
