Small teams
Appointment software for small teams
A small team is several people sharing one page, not one shared hour. OperMae lets each person offer their own services, keep their own hours, and take appointments without overwriting a colleague’s book.
One phone cannot be the book for every person
When the front desk answers from memory, two people get offered the same 2:00, or a client is booked with someone who does not perform that service.
OperMae shows a client only the people who offer the service, and only during those people’s open hours.
What a small team can configure
A shared service menu
Publish the services once, with duration and price. Assign each service to the people who perform it. A client cannot book a service with someone who does not offer it.
Each person’s hours
Weekly hours and time off belong to the person. One colleague’s day off does not close another colleague’s book.
Who the client chooses
When several people offer the service, the client can choose a person, or the first available person, if you allow that. When the business is set to assign the first available person automatically, OperMae assigns someone who is free.
Roles in the workspace
You choose what each person can see and change. Team scheduling and provider reporting are part of the Team plan. OperMae does not calculate staff pay.
How a team appointment is booked
The client picks a service
They see the menu you published, with duration and price.
They pick a person who can do it
Or the first available person, when that option is on.
They confirm the policy
Your cancellation note is visible before the visit is saved.
The appointment lands on that person’s calendar
The rest of the team sees the same visit, according to their role.
Team examples
Two people, different menus
One person does the longer service. Another does the shorter one. The page does not offer the longer service with the person who does not perform it.
A person who should not take new clients
You choose whether they appear on the booking page. Appointments already on their calendar stay in the workspace.
A full column
On Pro and Team, a client who cannot find a time can join the waitlist. Joining does not hold the time. If a matching appointment is cancelled, OperMae can email a claim link, and the first person to claim it gets the visit.
Plan size, stated plainly
- Pro includes up to 2 people in the workspace. Team includes up to 6, and additional people are a paid add-on. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Every plan includes one location. A second address is described on the multiple-locations page.
- Client history, notes, and past visits stay on one profile.
- This is not booth-rental software. People are providers on your booking page, not tenants of a marketplace.
