Appointment booking software for service businesses

OperMae gives an appointment-based business one booking page, one calendar, and one client record. Clients book a real open time. You keep the visit, the payment, and the follow-up in the same workspace.

The day gets messy when booking lives in too many places

A text thread, a paper book, and a separate payment link each hold a different version of the day. Clients ask which times are open. Staff answer the same question again.

OperMae is built for businesses that sell time: a service has a duration and a price, a person has hours, and a client picks a time that is actually available.

What you set up once

  • A public booking page

Clients open your page at opermae.com/book/your-name, read your services, and book. You can publish a short announcement for a closure or a policy change before they choose a time.

  • Services, duration, and price

Each service has its own length and price. A deposit is optional on that service, so some appointments can be paid at the visit and others can collect a deposit online.

  • Hours that clients can actually book

Weekly hours and one-off time off decide which times appear. Clients cannot pick a time outside the availability you configured.

  • People, payments, and reminders

A solo schedule or a team can each have services and hours. Clients pay a deposit or the full visit through your Stripe account. Email reminders go out for confirmations, changes, and cancellations. Text reminders are available when a client opts in.

How a client books

  1. They open your page

Your services, prices, and the sections you chose to show are on one page.

  2. They choose a service and a time

The times come from your hours and from whoever is available to do that service.

  3. They leave their details

You can ask your own booking questions. The answers stay with that appointment.

  4. You both get a record

The appointment lands on your calendar. The client gets email confirmation, and later a reminder, according to your notification settings.

Where this fits

  • One person taking appointments

Set your services and weekly hours. Clients book while you are with someone else, and the calendar shows only times you can keep.

  • A small team sharing one page

Each provider can have their own services, hours, and time off. A client can choose a person or the first open time.

  • A visit that needs a deposit

Turn a deposit on for the services where a no-show is expensive. Leave other services as pay at the visit. Stripe processing fees still apply. OperMae does not add a platform fee on the booking.

What changes in the day

  • Open times are visible without a back-and-forth message.
  • A full book can offer a waitlist. When a matching time opens, waitlisted clients get a link, and the first to confirm takes it.
  • Client history, notes, and past visits stay on one profile.
  • Bookings, payments, and clients can be exported as CSV.

Questions

Is OperMae only for one kind of business?

No. It is appointment booking software for service businesses that schedule people into services. Salons, nail studios, massage practices, and estheticians are common fits. It does not schedule classes, manage guests who arrive without a booking, or store a medical record.

Can clients cancel or move an appointment?

You set how far ahead clients may cancel or reschedule themselves, and the policy note they see when they book and in the confirmation.

Where does the money go?

Online payments go to the Stripe account you connect and then to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule. OperMae does not hold those funds.
