Where downloads are
Open Reports and choose Export CSV in the header. It is available on every tab you can open, and downloads the tab you are looking at for the date range you have selected.
What you can download
Overview, bookings, clients, services, team and payments, each as a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet.
What comes out
The rows for the range you selected, with the year on every date, using the same figures and definitions shown on screen.
If a tab is unavailable
Overview and Payments need permission to view revenue. Custom date ranges and comparisons with the previous period need a plan that includes advanced analytics. Ask the owner if you need either.
Your data is yours
Export whenever you like, including before you cancel or close your account.
