Where
Open Marketing → Gift Cards. Gift cards are included on Pro and Team. OperMae does not charge a separate fee for them.
Issue a card
Choose Issue gift card. You review the amount before the card is created. You can issue a card while online sales are off.
Sell on your booking page
Choose Configure, then Sell gift cards on my booking page. That switch stays off until card payments are ready and the business is active. After it is on, the public purchase link is shown on that screen. Customers pay by card.
After a customer pays
The card is created for that purchase. The purchase email can take a moment, and the same purchase does not create a second card.
Balance and history
Each card keeps its balance and history. Void writes off the remaining balance. The card can no longer be used, and the record stays. Voiding cannot be undone.
