Add them
Booking Page → Questions. In the booking page editor, the questions area opens this same screen. Choose Add question, write the Question and Answer, and reorder them so the most common one is first. Save changes writes them to your page.

Where they appear
When your booking page is on, customers see the saved questions right away. Leave the list empty and the section does not appear.
