Included segments
Marketing SMS is 500 segments a month on Pro and 1,500 on Team. The allowance is for the business account. Extra users and extra locations do not add segments.
Appointment texts
Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and reschedules are separate from marketing texts. Marketing texts require their own consent. Appointment reminder permission is not marketing permission.
When the allowance is used
Marketing texts pause when the included segments are used. The approved top-up is 500 segments for $10. OperMae does not charge that top-up automatically.
