Allowance
Marketing email is capped per business account: 5,000 sends a month on Pro and 10,000 on Team. The allowance does not reset separately for each user or location.
Before a campaign sends
OperMae counts eligible recipients and the remaining allowance. If the campaign is larger than what remains, the send is blocked. Billing shows how many sends are left and when the allowance resets.
No email pack
An email pack is not sold, and OperMae does not bill email overage. Appointment emails are separate from this marketing allowance.
